AML is a benign solid

angiomylolipoma is a tumor containing variable amounts of blood vessels (angio), smooth
muscle (myo) and fat (lipoma). echogenicity depend on how much fat present in the tumour

young male patient with haematuria , usually those tumour are asymtomatic occasional they present with haematuria and loin pain
