dear freinds
a baby with Down's syndrome there is endocardial cushion defect which is the most common cardiac anomaly in those babies

Excellent image--do you have any image for confirmation of down syndrom except that of heart,please send it you us at forum.Do you use scoring method for down syndrom diagnosis or not?

hello dear dr. gilani this case was reffered by paediatrition to check the heart clinicaly it looks obviously down's syndrome
but what about scoring is it clinincal or sonagraphical sign of fetus with down's synd, can you give a headlines for that please with many thanks
