dear freinds
complete molar pregnancy is relatively common to see but partial one is rare which is due due to two sperms fertilize one ovum
here we can see a fetud with thick vesiclated placenta goes with partial molar pregnancy.
differential diagosis : could be a twin with a dead fetus in one sac and a complete molar pregnancy in the other
