How to attach an image

1. Open the desired topic.
2. Click the "PostReply" button.
3. Write your comment.
4. Attach the file.
5. Insert the attachment to the desired place inside the text.

I will illustrate this with random text and image.

Step 1
Press the "Upload Attachment" button.

Step 2
Click "Browse" button and select the desired image from your local disk. Afterwards, click on "Add the file".

Step 3
You will see two new buttons: "Insert inline" and "Delete file" as well as the name and the description of the attached file.

Step 4
Move the cursor to the place where you would like to insert the image.
Click on "Place inline" button.
A line will be added, beginning with [ attachment = name ] filename.type [ / attachment ].
This is automatically generated BBCode which tells to the web application that a file should be displayed there.

Step 5

Press "Preview" button to preview your comment, or press "Submit" button to submit it.

You can repeat steps from 1 to 4 if you want to add more images. But there are certain limitations set by the server regarding the image size, either in number of pixels or Kilobytes.

dear Dr.Gilani thank you for your nice words , I have sent this case one year ago to you (15-7-2007) all what I remember she was a young lady presented with abdominal pain missed period pale and looks tired I examined her in hurry I saw adnexal mass with intraperitoneal fluid a picture obviously goes with ruptured ectopic pregnancy so I shift her to the hospital as an emergency case thank you again.
